Hoofwing Options

Orders paid by check are placed in our schedule the day your check is received. Orders paid with a credit card are placed in our schedule the same day they are processed.
Replace ‘wing’: The cost to replace a wing is one half the cost of a new Hoofwing. ( ‘Wing’ replacement available for all Hoofwings.)
Extra Traction: Snow studs,
Coloring: can be added for $2.50 per pair. Black is standard. Available colors are: gray, red, blue, white, brown, yellow, orange, green.

Return Policy

Ordering Hoofwings isn’t easy.  I think you have to love your horse to order them.  Drawing outlines, taking measurements and photos of your horses hooves took you a lot of time and effort.  Making Hoofwings isn’t easy either.  It takes from eight to ten hours to make a pair; and the materials used to make them are expensive. 
     As you know, your Hoofwings were custom made according to the measurements and outlines you provided.  Therefore, if the boots don’t fit, we cannot simply refund your money.  However, we will work with you to find out why they don’t fit and try to fix them.  We can re cut the wings or replace the bases. The charges are minimal.  As a last resort we can try to sell your Hoofwings for you.   We will send the amount we were able to sell them for to you.
